  • I am looking for an in line vent for my laundry dryer. The dryer is located on the second floor of my home. I plan to mount the unit in the attic. In the product details it states this product is suitable for airstream temps of 140* F. Will the placement of this unit in my attic (where temps can excead 140 in the summertime) affect its performance?

    A. The FanTech FR100 supports an airstream of 140 degrees. As the air is flowing through the vent it is cooling the motor and will remain efficient even if temperatures in your attic exceed this temperature.
