Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I wanted The fixture was just we wanted and needed for our foyer, simple and beautiful. The only thing I couldn't tell from the photograph was the glass ball at the bottom of the fixture. I thought it was clear, but it wasn't - it was crackled. I liked it the way it is as you really can't tell when you're looking up. The bolt that goes through the fixture should have a sheath on it to cover up the lines, but you have to look very closely to see it. I do have it on a variable switch so I can choose the amount of light that is needed.
