1 Question from the Community

  • The Elizabethan Classics ECTW19 requires you to get the DOSL supply tubes which is the pipe that runs up to the shower head, attaches to the wall & ceiling & acts as the shower curtain rod. Basically the line for the this is a standard 1/2" so you can pretty much select any showerhead you want to go with it. Keep in mind that unless you select using chrome you will want to stick with an Elizabethan Classics branded showerhead to match finishes.

how do we know which shower heads can be used on this?

Product Reviews

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DON'T buy Eliz. Classics!!! This clawfoot tub shower riser looked beautiful in the box and installed, the pipes were thick brass with glorious polished chrome plating, the handles looked great and opened smoothly. Only one problem, When it was all assembled by an extremely careful and perfectionist professional plumber, EVERY SINGLE JOINT (4 of em) LEAKED PROFUSELY. This was WITH pipe joint tape and all tightened down snugly. It was a disaster. Before this one, we had another EC set that was mismarked so it did not correspond correctly with the faucet set, so it did not work either. Bottom Line: EC engineers are not doing their jobs, and the stuff is a beautiful nightmare.
