Product Reviews

Rated 1 out of 5 by from El. Class. Terrible purchase, they break down Purchased the tub filler with divertor and all the shower accessories that go with it. After 4 1/2 yrs there was a pin hole leak in the body of the filler. I rec'd a replacement. Another 4 1/2 years later, I have a faucet leak. I replaced both the hot and cold valve stems.....still leaks. I contacted the company, emailed photos but they do not respond. Additionally, I purchased a sink faucet manufactured by Eliz Classics. The hot water stem has actually cracked 3 times in the past ten years. They sent me a hot and cold replacement valve. So we totalled 3 that failed. Time for a better product. This is a TREND, not an unlucky coincidence The product is indeed beautiful, but has a VERY limited shelf life. These things are very expensive! Not worth the money.
