Does ECMW03 come with handles? What are the return policies?
-
Will the ECMW03 work well with the Sterling 442128 Sacramento 21" x 18" x 33" Pedestal Lavatory
A. The Elizabethan Classics ECMW03 will not work with the 442128 as it is intended for a widespread faucet and not a mini widespread. A similar faucet that will work with this sink is the ECWS05. Please let me know if you have any other questions or need help with anything else.

Double Handle Minispread Bathroom Faucet with Hot and Cold Porcelain Levers

they just didn't work for us
We had to return these and get something else because the "bells" wouldn't cover the holes in the marble countertop. While the fabricator may have made the holes too big, the only solution was new faucets. But that may have been a blessing. These are a traditional low profile with the spout only a couple inches above the sink rim. The new ones we got, which we definitely prefer, are a higher profile which is easier for washing hands or (don't tell my wife), sticking my head under to drink. We're much happier with the replacements, but that's personal preference, not a defect in the faucets. If you've got an old 4-inch spread sink, these may be great for you.
