  • Does this mount on the wall or the tub and then we would see plumbing pipes coming from the wall to the tub?

    A. The Elements of Design ES2665X will mount directly to the wall and you would not see the plumbing or you would install from risers from the floor where you would see the plumbing. This model is not designed to install directly inside the tub.

    A. The Elements Of Design ES2665X is designed to work with a 3-1/2"-8-1/2" spread.

  • Is access required to the backside of the wall for at time of installation of the faucet? Or is faucet designed to be installed after covering up wall similiar to shower/bath fixtures?

    A. The Elements Of Design ES2665X is meant to be installed outside of the wall, although the faucet will have to have the plumbing in the wall set up to accommodate it

  • I recently installed the ES2665X. However, I have had it for a long period of time before installing it. There is a very slow leak coming from the spout that I find troubling. Is there a website where I can purchase replacement parts?

    A. The Elements Of Design ES2665X is under warranty and it sounds like the cartridge is what the problem is. If you call Elements of Design and give them your name they should be able to locate your order with us and send you out a new part.

  • Can I assume all "oil rubbed bronze" Elements of Design tub fillers have the same finish or does the oil rubbed color vary by faucet? I'm trying to match a Moen 6620 sink faucet (or something similar) with the tub.

    A. The finish is the same, as long as it's within the same manufacturer.

  • Can this faucet be used with a regular tub?

    A. The Elements Of Design ES2665X can be used with a standard tub as well. The spout will reach out 7". It will just need to fit that dimension.

looks beautiful and works great This is the second faucet I have purchased for our old clawfoot tub and this one is by far the best. The output on the faucet fill is powerful and fill the tub quickly and the telephone handle my wife loves because it makes it easy to clean the tub too. It arrived quickly from the dealer and my plumber had no problem at all hooking it right up. November 16, 2008

Elements of Design Warranty

The following warranties apply to our Elements of Design faucets:

To be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects for a period of ten (10) years from date of purchase.

Damage to the product that has been caused by improper installation. accident, misuse or abuse is not covered
by this warranty.

At our option Elements of Design will either replace the defective part of the fitting or replace an equal or the
same product to the original purchaser.

To obtain warranty service, bring your proof of purchase (original Sales Receipt) to the store or contractor that
sold this faucet. Toll Free Number: 877-FAUCET1 to reach our service representatives.

This warranty is valid for the original customer/purchaser only and excludes industrial, commercial, or business
use of the product. Product damage due to installation error, product abuse (including the use of harsh or
abrasive cleansers) or product misuse, whether performed by a contractor, Service Company, or others are not
covered by this warranty.

Elements of Design will not be responsible for labor charges, injuries, or any other loss or damages whatsoever
incurred in installation, repair or replacement, nor for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.


FINISH WARRANTY:
Here by provides to the original purchaser/consumer a finish warranty that when properly maintained will suffer
no defects.
1. Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) -10 Year limited warranty
2. Chrome and Satin Nickel - 5 year limited warranty
3. Vintage Copper and Oil Rubbed Bronze are “Living Finishes” and carry no warranty.
