  • Is this for an 8" spread (at wall)? Does this spout swivels?

    A. The Elements Of Design ES2131X can get up to a 9" spread. It has an adjustable handle spread. The spout also swivels. The manufacturer wanted to make it clear this a good quality faucet but things should not be hung from the faucet.

  • What is the pipe connection size?

    A. The Elements of Design ES2131X faucet will use 1/2" connections to your incoming plumbing.

  • Can I adapt this faucet to a shower application & take off the spout to add a reduction joint for a spray/hose?

    A. The Elements Of Design ES2131X isn't made to do that and I'm not sure how well that would work. I'm sure it can be done but that of course would void the warranty from the manufacturer.

  • Are porcelain cross handles (bought as a separate line item) available to fit this model? If so, what is the ordering part no. for each (or for set of 2)?

    A. The Elements Of Design ES2131X is only going to be offered with the metal handle and the porcelain accent in the center.

great cost this product was just like I ordered except the necessary part to attach the fawcet to the sink securely. However the discription did not promise that. Afuller discription of the product would be nice esp a list of things it includes. December 28, 2009
This faucet is intellently built. Purchased this faucet to match a sink. This faucet is great. Turning the knots is like a breeze and the you don't need to turn a lot to control the water flow. The water flow is gentle causing no splashes. All in all, I am very satisfied with this faucet. July 27, 2009

Elements of Design Warranty

The following warranties apply to our Elements of Design faucets:

To be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects for a period of ten (10) years from date of purchase.

Damage to the product that has been caused by improper installation. accident, misuse or abuse is not covered
by this warranty.

At our option Elements of Design will either replace the defective part of the fitting or replace an equal or the
same product to the original purchaser.

To obtain warranty service, bring your proof of purchase (original Sales Receipt) to the store or contractor that
sold this faucet. Toll Free Number: 877-FAUCET1 to reach our service representatives.

This warranty is valid for the original customer/purchaser only and excludes industrial, commercial, or business
use of the product. Product damage due to installation error, product abuse (including the use of harsh or
abrasive cleansers) or product misuse, whether performed by a contractor, Service Company, or others are not
covered by this warranty.

Elements of Design will not be responsible for labor charges, injuries, or any other loss or damages whatsoever
incurred in installation, repair or replacement, nor for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.


FINISH WARRANTY:
Here by provides to the original purchaser/consumer a finish warranty that when properly maintained will suffer
no defects.
1. Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) -10 Year limited warranty
2. Chrome and Satin Nickel - 5 year limited warranty
3. Vintage Copper and Oil Rubbed Bronze are “Living Finishes” and carry no warranty.
