worked better upside down for me I wanted a couple features: down lights (who wants to clean the inside of a fixture very often -yuck) and lights not protruding down over mirror(my electric box is just above the mirror). Except for strait 4 in a row light fixtures, this is one of the few on the internet that keeps all lights above the mirror line (you do have to flip it upside down from the picture for this). It is simple with clean lines and doesn't weight alot for a 4 light fixture. If there's a downside to this fixture is that it's connected with only 1 screw connection to the electric box so it will twist while installing the glass globes (have someone hold steady so you don't scratch the paint). Got it quickly (6 days including a full weekend) with the free shipping. May 22, 2011
Gorgeous Fixture I love this vanity light fixture. With four 25-watt bulbs, the warm light is perfect for applying makeup and styling my hair. Just adding this fixture modernized and changed the entire look of my vanity area for the better and took away that 70's look it had. I had it installed with the globes facing downward, and think it looks better than installing it the way it was shown on the website. July 5, 2010

Beautiful Light The light was easy to install, even though the insturctions that came with it was not the one for this light. Also, I wish it attached to the wall with two bolts instead of one. Beautiful fixture that added lots of light to the room. February 19, 2010

DEFECTS / LIMITED WARRANTY

With the exception of certain series or model numbers which are specifically excluded from the tarnishing warranty and are specified on Designers Fountain’s current price list, Designers Fountain warrants the structure of it products only against defects for one year from date of invoice, tarnishing for six months from date of invoice, and this warranty is ineffective against improper installation and usage or abnormal conditions. Designers Fountain warrants for three months products stored or used in extremely damp areas or areas under abnormal weather conditions, including but not limited to high winds, intense direct sunlight, and acid rain, where products may tend to tarnish easily. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, PERTAINING TO THE PRODUCTS SOLD UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. DESIGNERS FOUNTAIN DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
