9 Questions from the Community

  • What are the 3 settings referred to here--temp, volume, both?

    A. The Delta T11800 is a diverter. This is used to change the water flow from one fixture to another. For example, a hand shower, shower head, or both at the same time.

  • is the cartridge the same for a six way divertor

    A. The 6 way diverter cartridge is different. The 6 way number is RP51919. The T11800 ( 3 way) is RP51918.

  • which valve is compatible with T11800?

    A. The Delta T11800 fits the R11000

  • what valve is compatible with the Delta T11800 and hom much?

    A. The Delta T11800 fits the R11000

  • does this include the valve catridge like the Delta T11840 (Lockwood Collection)

    A. The Delta T11800 does not include the rough in valve required for function. The rough in valve needed is R11000. Thank you for your question.

50% of 4 people found this useful. Was this useful? yes (2) | no (2)
  • what is the difference between T11800 (3-setting?) versus T11900 (6 settings?) when both of them use the same rough-in valve R11000? If I want to use head-shower, hand shower and a body-spray at the same time, which trim should I choose along with R11000 valve?

    A. The difference between the Delta T11800 and the T11900 is that the trims will have different amounts of functions that they can perform. They use the same valve because the valve will handle up to six functions. No trim will let you use all 3 items at once.

50% of 4 people found this useful. Was this useful? yes (2) | no (2)
  • If I have 3 ports (head shower, hand shower and body spray) and I want to use any two ports simultaneously (head, hand; hand, body-spray, or head and body-spray), would T11800 with R11000 let me do this or do I need T11900 trim with R11000. Please let me know. Thanks.

    A. The Delta T11900 is what you will need so that you can operate them independently and jointly.

33% of 3 people found this useful. Was this useful? yes (1) | no (2)
  • Is this compatible with the Lahara series, and if not, what would be the corresponding part that goes with Lahara?

    A. Unfortunately the Lahara collection does not have a diverter trim. Your closest match would be the Delta T11800, Delta T11885, or Delta T11840. Essentially you could use any diverter trim since you will need to get a coordinating valve for that diverter trim anyways. But trying to match the look is the hardest part.

67% of 6 people found this useful. Was this useful? yes (4) | no (2)
  • Does the diverter valve require any additional check valves or is it a complete assembly which allows selection of main shower head, handheld shower or both?

    A. This trim requires rough in model R11000

33% of 3 people found this useful. Was this useful? yes (1) | no (2)
