The closest matching handle for this model would be the H79.
Is this a valid replacement for the model 1400 H17 handle? I cant find one anywhere and I am looking for anything that will match it.
A. The closest matching handle for this model would be the H79.
You are going to need to add a diveter. You can do this in two different ways. You can add a shower arm diverter, which will attach to the shower arm just before the shower head. This will allow you to use either the hand shower or the shower head. You can all so add and in wall shower diverter such as model number Delta T11992, which will allow for you to use up to three functions at a time, or 6 individually.
I'm installing the Addison shower/tub model T17T492 as my main shower and I am adding a separate handheld shower unit next to it, Model 57923. I'll need something to turn on the handheld shower. Would this handle work? Which diverter/rough-in would I need to work with this to have hot/cold controls? I got the MultiChoice, R10000-UNBX, as recommended for the T17T492. Or, is there a diverter/rough-in that can work with both the T17T492 and the 57923 together?
