Is this difficult for a woman to do?
A. The Delta RP50390 should be easy to assemble. One end has a "quick snap connect" that has grooves that you would line up with the faucet connection. You would line up the grooves and push the pieces together and they attach to one another. The other end is just screwed in.

My original hose had a metal wrap around it, but this plain hose worked just fine with my faucet!

Great service
The replacement part is better than the original and looks like it will last longer, too. We were amazed at how quickly the parts arrived - in 3 days - so we didn't have to live without a faucet for long.

good customer service
I ordered this part for a 1990's facet. Obviously the configuration had changed. This plastic hose no longer fit the wire wrap connection on the original Delta 470. I wish I had this information before ordering. However, the return info and a quick refund, (minus a 15% restocking fee, Ouch) was very good. I would deal with FaucetDirect again.

poor design
second hose to go out on this faucet,first one was free,hoped that the new part would last,even used the pull-out very sparingly and carefully.Surprised and frustrated to find water spraying under sink and all over counter when doing dishes.Might just buy 2 to have as a spare,or preventativley replace the hose yearly.

Detla part
I bought Delta RP50390 from FaucetDirect and they shipped it around 4 days. Since we had to stopped water in Kitchen, I's very happy that they shipped it so fast. And it was very easy to put on. Better quality and easy to use. Strong recommend!!!

works fine - can do it yourself
Product replaced hose for a pull-out nozzle on a Delta faucet. I went to Delta's website, found my faucet and they showed the needed part and had click for buying options which brought me to Faucet Direct. Was very glad this turned out to be a DIY job - no help necessary for the average person. It's just a push together end over which goes a plastic clip that holds the ends together. Though that may sound less than solid for plumbing, its the way the original faucet was set-up. Only mild concern was the original hose had a metal end and the replacement appeared plastic but it works fine after more than a month of use.
