  • What tub and shower diverter can I use with part #57923 that will change from tub to shower with diverter not on the spout?

    A. The delta T11692 with the r11600 would do the trick!

  • Do I need a trim or something for this hand shower to connect it to the wall? I have a rough in valve already picked out in my basket.

    A. The Delta 57923 wall supply is the Delta 50560. If you want to have the shower and hand shower operate separately you will need a some sort of diverter as well.

  • I need the wall mounting bracket only rp61294..can it be purchased

    A. The RP61294 is now available on our sites, it is available in four finishes but is a special order item. Please allow two additional weeks for delivery of this item.

  • Is the hand held part plastic or all metal?

    A. The Delta 57923 has a plastic hose, but should have a metal hand shower.

  • Do I have to purchase a 57923 hand shower to buy a wall supply elbow?

    A. No, the wall supply elbow by itself is item number 50560.

  • I really want a shorter hose on this, or any other Delta hand shower model. Is the hose permanently attached, as in, will I be able to replace it with a shorter hose?

    A. The hose on the Delta 57923 is removable and you can purchase a shorter length hose.

  • I would like to use this as a secondary shower head. Is it possible to mount the water supply with a diverter to the main shower arm? If so, what parts would I need?

    A. The Delta 57923 is capable of being installed that way, as are most hand showers with the use of a shower arm diverter. The Delta model would be a U4929.

  • Is there a longer length hose that can be attached

    A. The Delta 57923 can be used with the U494R-84 which is a 84" hose.

Delta Warranty

With Delta® Faucet Company, you can be sure you're getting products of the highest quality.

All parts and finishes of the Delta faucet are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home. Delta recommends using a professional plumber for all installation and repair. Delta will replace, FREE OF CHARGE, during the warranty period, any part or finish that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service.

This warranty is extensive in that it covers replacement of all defective parts and even finish, but these are the only two things that are covered.

Labor charges and/or damage incurred in installation, repair, or replacement, as well as any other kind of loss or damage are excluded.

Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer purchaser must be made available to Delta for all warranty claims.

This is the exclusive warranty by delta faucet company, which does not make any other warranty of any kind, including the implied warranty of merchantability.

This warranty excludes all industrial, commercial and business usage, of faucets whose purchasers are hereby extended a five-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except the duration of the warranty. This warranty is applicable only to Delta faucets manufactured after January 1, 1995.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Any damages to this faucet as a result of misuse, abuse, or neglect or any use of other than genuine Delta replacement parts WILL VOID THE WARRANTY. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. It applies only to Delta faucets installed in the United States of America, Canada and Mexico.
