Better Than Reported
My purchase was 2 sets of these Delta Leland faucets. I bought them for my master reno. They arrived with one of the sets looking previously opened but all the parts were there. They shut off crisply and come with a tool to access the sand trap.(very important for me as I have a private well with particles) They were no problem for my plumber to install and they look just like the pictures online. I selected these for looks but also because they did not have complicated separate handles or rough-in stems to purchase. I have other Delta faucets that I put in another bath last year and am very happy with their products.

Great Faucet
This chrome faucet is wonderful. Its high spout makes washing hands easier. It makes our 20 year old bathroom sink look more modern. The chrome is easy to clean and polish. We are very happy with our purchase.

Defective
I ordered 5 of these faucets for our newly built home. 2 of the 5 were defective and we had to pay an extra $70 for the plumber to install the corrected parts.
