  • How do I adjust tha anti- scald

    A. The Danze D510011 anti-scald is not to be adjusted. It maintains the water temperature so that it doesn't fluctuate when water is used elsewhere in the house (i.e. flushing the toilet). I hope this helps. Please contact me directly if you need anything else or to help place your order!

Jury is still out on this fixture We also ordered a Danze slide bar shower wand so we're not using the supplied shower head. Overall I think this fixture is OK. I think Danze products are well built. I like that I can set the anti-scald inside the cartridge. But there is no pressure control that I can find. Danze instructions are poor, to be kind. There are 2 screws on the fixture body that may be pressure settings. I can't tell what they do and as I said, the instructions are poor and don't even talk about these screws. It was very difficult to get the fixture level and plumb cuz there are no alignment marks anywhere on the fixture body. But it works nicely and looks nice. If the 2 screws are indeed pressure settings, then I can adjust those and be more happy with this fixture. If you know what you're doing, the installation was pretty easy. Just don't count on the instructions to help you. June 3, 2010
