Satisfied
We love this shower. It has a very nice stream with plenty of preassure and it looks great. Our plumber installed it during are recent renovations with ease. We recieved the product promptly and in show room condition. One negative is we had a water leak 2 months after install which turned out to be the shower valve causing the leak. Our plumber found that the O ring in the valve somehow had 2 of them in the valve, possible happened during manufacuture. One of them slipped and caused the leak. A little odd but repaired easily and we were lucky as the leak did not cause any building damage as water leaked into cellar. Beware if you install on second floor have your plumber take apart and check O ring for similar problem. Quite possible this was an isolated incident. I would buy this product again though and this company was great to work with.
