Very very satified
The faucet set is beautiful and well worth the cost. When my plumber installed it we found that because of pre existing holes the movement of the tub/shower handle was restricted by the faucet.
We immediately called your cusomter services and they rushed me a set of replacement knobs which are equally beautiful. The cusotmer service person was very freindly and helpful. I am one thousand percent pleased with your product and customer service.

Not worth the money!
Within days of having this installed by a professional plumber, the faucet began dripping constantly and I was told that the cartridge had failed and would need to be replaced. Also the handles keep coming loose. Danze customer service said that the part that the handle screws into is plastic and is probably stripped. Finally, the tub spout (also plastic parts) does not securely attach to the pipe or wall and can swivel around completely. The tub spout has nothing inside to control the water flow so water just comes gushing out all over. They are sending replacement parts for the dripping and the loose handles, but I wish I would have purchased a different brand that isn't made so cheaply! This faucet is junk!

I had a professional plumber to install the product and he could not get the cold water to flow through the valve. It ended up costing me $400.00 in labor after all was said and done.
