GREAT DRAIN
This is a great drain for a vessel sink. Love that you can remove the mushroom top for cleaning.

Does what it's meant to do
I had purchased a Kraus faucet in satin & wanted drain assembly to match but the Kraus drain was too large in diameter. The Danze drain, though brushed nickel matches & looks great & works perfectly. It was very easy to install. Thank heavens because instructions were worthless.

Durable
I installed two of these in a public restroom with light traffic. The drained where it meets the sink is flat instead of funnel shaped. It will require plumbers putty instead of silicone if you want a good seal. I also had to use Teflon tape on the threads on the bottom where the rubber gasket is. The item seems stronger and more durable than the plastic drains.
