    A. D492058 is available in a brushed nickel finish, but all of Danze tank levers are for front mount toilets.

  • Can I bend the inside rod so I can use it as a side mount?

    A. Thank you for your question. The Danze D492058 is manufactured for front mount which means that bending it might not allow the tank lever to function correctly and would void your warranty.

  • Another reviewer said that this tank lever did not fit their Kohler toilet. Will it fit the K4491 and K4473?

    A. The Danze D492058 is for a front tank application. This should work for the two toilets that you gave.

make sure you know this is front mount only This cannot be installed on a tank that has a lever on the side. October 1, 2010
Defective but quickly addressed The one I ordered was defective. Couldn't remove the nut from the fitting. Customer service was fantastic however and replaced the defective one with another. It was fine. And matches the other Parma series faucets I ordered. June 2, 2010

Plumbing Faux Pas We remodeled our bath, didn't replace the toilet, so we ordered this to update the toilet.....it did not work on our Kohler toilet and had to be returned. I did however like the look of it. July 12, 2009

Doesn't Fit our Tank That's right! It doesn't fit our Mansfield Eco-Quantum dual flush tank lever. Wish it had as it matches everything else. August 2, 2008
Danze Parma for the Contemporary Home My husband and I built a new modern master suite addition to our home. We included Danze Parma single handled bath accessories in brushed nickel and love them. They are definitely European styled, minimalist and of great quality. We even bought the matching toilet tank lever which adds to the contemporary look of our bathroom. I would suggest Parma for anyone wishing to get a very contemporary look without spending a fortune on bathroom fixtures. May 12, 2008
Nice Accessory This item is a nice accessory to the matching faucet, i wasn't even looking for this item, but saw it on the site when i was buying the faucet. Great Deal. My only problem with the item is that is sticks out further than the old flush, and the toilet seat rests directly on it, but it doesn't seem to be causing a problem, flushes easily. December 5, 2007
