NOT RECOMMENDED
Encountered same problems as 3/2010 review, with faucet not turning side to side, ON TWO DIFFERENT FAUCETS. Danze did send me a replacement faucet and it developed the same problem. Avoided it for 6 months by weekly spraying of WD-40 on pivot points, but it eventually locked up completely. The first faucet was a cluster xxxx, and corroded due to leak at handle. Was then told that the cartridge needed to be tightened to seat it properly. When installed the replacement this was done, to no avail. Now the faucet pivots because the locking ring holding it to counter has loosened and the entire unit moves. What a JOKE!

Great Looking Faucet
This a great looking faucet, the installation was simple. The dual function head is quite handy for filling a glass with the center flow stream or rinsing items with the shower spray feature.

Not Recommended
Installed, no problems. Directions were fine.
Within 3 months could not turn faucet body from side to side without much effort. To disassemble and lube, (should not have to), there are no instructions included. None for cartridge replacement for that matter. Disassembly is practically impractical. "O" ring in body was cut and out of place. Not impressed with design. Paid lot for this faucet and would not choose again over Moen or others I have installed over the years.
