I have this holder in all 3 of my bathrooms and have had it for 3 years. Changing the toilet paper is tricky. The spring always seems to pop out and fall on the floor. About every 6 months, it loosens and need to be tightened again with an allen wrench.

Gorgeous!
I wanted copper in my remodeled bathroom. It's not easy finding certain items in copper, but I did and it works well with the sink, mirror and lighting.

Faucet Direct Great / Product Good
Quick ship with no problems! The tissue holder was not the color represented in the picture. More red and not a true rubbed bronze. Color was the only concern, other than that a solid quality product.
