  • Does the Danze Roman Tub faucet (Opulence)provide a greater flow rate than Danze "sink" faucets. Our current Danze Opulence spread sink faucet in place on our clawfoot tub (deck mount) has a very low flow rate which takes 45 minutes to fill the tub. We need a faucet with a higher flow rate which is suitable for a large tub rather than a sink.

    A. Yes, the Danze D306957T Double Handle Roman Tub Trim will have a considerably greater fill rate than any sink faucet.

  • Can the red and blue rubber pieces on the handles be removed?

    A. For this model, yes you can remove those red and blue washers. You will need to pop the cap off of the handle first and then simply remove these washers and put back the cap.

  • Is this faucet for a kitchen or a bath tub? I saw it displayed in Canadian Tire as a kitchen faucet?

    A. Thank you for your question. The Danze D306957T is a tub filler faucet. You might have seen the Danze D422057 or the Danze D404557.

  • What is the flow rate for the Danze Roman Tub faucet (D306957T) in GPM?

    A. Flow Rate really depends on the pressure in your house, as well. But, ideally, the valve for this tub filler will pump about the typical 2.5 gallons per minute for a 1/2" pip connection.

  • Can the handles be changed to white porcelain??

    A. The Danze D306957T isn't offered with porcelain handles unfortunately.

    A. The Danze D306957T is not currenlty available with cross handles.

  • When I look at the spec sheet it shows a separate "personal shower" sprayer. I don't see it in the picture. Is it included, or available?

    A. The Danze D306757 has the handshower, but the Danze D306957T that you are inquiring about does not include the handshower.

Beautiful and Stylish We have selected Danze Opulence for the second time after having it in our last home. We like the style, the quality and the fact that it is such a complete collection including the potential for matching all the other bath hardware....towel rods, rings, etc. Althougth this faucet is very tall, it was fine for our situation because it went in the back corner of the jet tub. The placement of the faucet head needs to be considered when choosing this one for that reason. June 17, 2011
