I have heard that this product has not been reliable there are no customer reivews what has been your experience with returns and complaints
A. It's been my experience in selling Danze for well over five years that it is a very reliable product and their customer service department is really great to work with in the case that you may have an issue. I have dealt with far less issue with Danze than many other reputable manufacturers and would recommend them.
