    A. The Danze D113000BT is specified to work with any Danze brand pressure balanced, single handle shower trim kit, including the Sirius.

  • I want to use D113000BT for showerhead and handheld shower application.

    A. The diverter on this valve is a basic diverter comonly used on tub and shower sets. The diverter only has two settings and will divert the water to either one outlet or the other. It can be used for a handshower and overhead shower instead of tub spout and overhead shower, but it won't allow for both to be used at the same time.

  • There are two single control balance mixing valves with diverters. I don't see a difference in the specifications. All I want is one that will work with a shower and tub combo.

    A. The Danze D500458T will work with the D113000BT and it has the diverter on the valve trim that will work with a tub shower combo.

  • Is there a diverter valve that will allow the use of the shower head and the handheld shower simultaneously?

    A. The Danze D113000BT is going to have a four port diverter. This is going to allow you to choose between using your shower head as a stand alone, your hand shower as a stand alone, the combination of the two, and a tub spout as a stand alone if needed.

Great multi purpose valve Awsome valve. We use these as a shower head supply and free standing hand held shower head with wall mounted adjustable arm. Or tub part of valve to provide enough water volume to feed mulitiple body jets. The integral divertor will run shower head and hand held at same time if wanted. March 25, 2010

good price Item seemed good price compared to others...but you must use Danze trim kit. Or nothing else will fit. We wanted Oil bronze finish trim kit and not in stock, till the back order came back, Disco'd...we scrambled around...angry, but Faucet direct was able to find the oil bronze thank goodness. Other wise the shower head would have been oil bronze and the valve trim kit chrome...not cool. My only complaint is my plumber had to take it apart due to valve itself was leaking after installed. After cleaning every part, put it back together and it was okay. I paid the extra time to have the plumber clean and fix the valve. Danze product...a name I do not know...I give it an okay rating so far January 7, 2009
