does this control the volume and temp? or just volume?
A. Thank you for your question. The Danze D112000BT is the valve to control volume. It does however have a temp limit that can prevent children from scalding. I believe that part may have been a little confusing on the description.

Is this item available in IPS w/stops? thanks

Does this product have a diverter function for application with hand shower?
A. Without knowing what shower trim you plan to use it is difficult to determine. The Danze D112000BT appears to be intended for use with trims where the diverter to be on the tub spout in a tub and shower configuration. For a hand shower to be added you would either need a wall diverter or transfer valve, or a shower arm diverter.

I want to operate a shower head and a hand shower eithet at the same time or individually. If I use a 3-port diverter (Danze D560858) will this valve control the pressure and temperature? Or what else would I need?
A. The Danze D112000BT is a pressure balanced rough in valve. It only controls temperature, the pressure is a constant flow when turned on. You would need a thermostatic trim system to have independent control of temperature and pressure.

What replacement cartridge does it take DA500275 or DA500252?

How do you use the screwdriver stops?
A. Valves with "screwdriver stops" are literally just screws that are inserted into the housing of the valve. You would use a screw driver to turn the screw to shut off the valve. Kind of like the same concept as a angle supply for your toilet. Just turn it right to shut off and turn it left to turn on.
