A. That is correct. The 17.25" is from floor to top of bowl, and does not include the seat.

where is the rest of the toilet? seat tank?

A. The Crane 3954 is able to be combined with a few different tanks, giving you a number of options. For instance it can combine with the 3544 Deluxe Radcliffe™ or the 3546 Deluxe Radcliffe™ Plus. Regarding the seat, this bowl is an elongated bowl meaning that it can be matched with almost any seat that fits the "elongated" format.

Does the Crane 3743 Insulated Toilet Tank fit this bowl?

A. The Crane 3743 Bowl is only meant to go with Tank models 3544 and 3546 only.
