If I were to get this fan in Bronze with the bronze blades, how does this product that you can customize with blade colors compare with the same fan Item #: BCI1943561 which is already configured with the bronze on bronze? There is a price difference between the two and I would like to know if the fans are different?
A. Hello and thank you for your question. The two fans are slightly different. The Craftmade Triumph is a sold complete bronze color and it does not come with blades or a cover plate. It also does not have the a light. The Craftmade K10382 Triumph is a complete kit that comes with the blades and lights together.

Quiet fan, doesn't wobble and great looking. Although it comes with a remote control (and in my house it would be lost in a flash), I'd highly recommended purchasing the hard-wired, wall mounted control which has the adjustments for light, fan speed and direction of blades. It is well priced.

Exceptional
This fan is EXACTLY what we were looking for. Great quality, beautiful finish (typical rubbed bronze, dark), very clean lines and hugs the ceiling perfectly for our 8' celing.

Beautiful, dark fan
This fan is beautiful and the down rod adds a lot of syle because it is swirled. I highly recommend this fan for all around quality.

Fan-Light
The overhead fan-light is great. It has the 3 modes and during the hot days it is fantastic. The light can either be used to work, or just to have an ambiance. I love the amount of air the fan generates. The entire room is cooled.

To obtain warranty service, mail sales receipt as proof of purchase-date, and a brief explanation of the nature of the defect, to P.O. Box 1037, Coppell, TX 75019. You will receive, by mail, a Return Goods Authorization number issued by Craftmade, and returned freight prepaid.
