A. Thank you for your question. The Craftmade Piccolo does come with pull chains. You can also choose to add a remote if you'd like. You'll use the universal remote and it is adaptable to any universal light kit with a 3/8" thread.

I am sorry I don't know how to figure the total inches from ceiling. so with out a light kit how far does the fan hang down?

Great purchase
I'm very pleased with this purchase. This is the cutiest little ceiling fan, it's also good quality, runs very quiet and does the job very well. I put this fan in my laundry room.

Perfect Fit for our remodeled kitchen
fit perfectly and with the extra pitch to the blades, moves more air than I thought.

Great Fan
This fan was a pleasent surprise. Even though it is small, it moves the air and is very quit. I had my doubts being a 29 inch fan, but it turned out to be great. Strongky recommened for either a small room, or in my case, a tight place.

No responsibility is assumed for any special incidental or consequential damages. Damages occurring during transit are not covered by this warranty.
To obtain warranty service, mail sales receipt as proof of purchase-date, and a brief explanation of the nature of the defect, to P.O. Box 1037, Coppell, TX 75019. You will receive, by mail, a Return Goods Authorization number issued by Craftmade, and returned freight prepaid.
