What is the cfm?
A. The Craftmade Contemporary Flushmount cfm depends on what blade span you would like. Compare: 36" to 48" ceiling fans have airflow efficiencies ranging from approximately 71 to 86 cubic feet per minute per watt at high speed. Compare: 49" to 60" ceiling fans have airflow efficiencies ranging from approximately 51 to 176 cubic feet per minute per watt at high speed.

Does it have a pull chain for motor and light? does the light kit come with the featured light? If not how do i order light kit?
A. The Craftmade Contemporary Flushmount does come with a pull chain for the motor and light, and the light kit that is pictured is not available on our site but we do have similar versions such as the Craftmade LKE48 or Craftmade LKE77.

Very good fan
Very happy with this fan. Fits tight to the ceiling and works perfectly in our bedroom. Pretty easy to install as well. We added the light attachment and it still maintains a low profile.
I wish the light was a little brighter, but its fine. Noticed a little bit of rattling when the fan is on the highest setting, but we really haven't found a reason to go above the middle setting. Generally it stays on low.

Teak not as pictured
I bought four of these fans - 3 w/teak blades and 1 w/walnut. The motors - nickel and bronze are beautiful. The blades are nice too. However, the teak doesn't look anything like it does in the pictures. It is much darker. I specifically chose the teak blades because I wanted the color shown in the photos. Although they are very nice fans - function well, quiet, attractive, etc. I am very disappointed that the blades are so dark. I would have sent them back but I had them sent directly to the contractor building my house and they were already installed before I saw them - and I had ordered them a couple months before that so I figured it was too late. If you are looking for light blades, do not buy the teak ones.

Perfect for bedroom upgrade
Just completed installing 4 flushmount fans in our bedrooms to provide a sharper more elegent look. The other fans worked fine but they did not have the expensive look that we sought.

Craftmade warrants against defects in materials or workmanship for a minimum of TWO (2) YEARS from date of purchase for use, and agrees to repair or, at our option, replace a defective unit without charge.
IMPORTANT: This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care (as listed on the instructions), the affixing of any attachment not provided with the product, alteration of any attachments factory installed, loss of parts or subjecting the fixture to any but the specified electrical service.
This warranty does not cover failure of bulbs due to accidents, abuse, misuse, vandalism, power surges, and acts of nature such as lightning damage or any bulbs purchased separately and installed by the consumer or any damage to the fixture caused by a separately purchased bulb.
No responsibility is assumed for any special incidental or consequential damages. Damages occurring during transit are not covered by this warranty.
To obtain warranty service, mail sales receipt as proof of purchase-date, and a brief explanation of the nature of the defect, to P.O. Box 1037, Coppell, TX 75019. You will receive, by mail, a Return Goods Authorization number issued by Craftmade, and returned freight prepaid.
