Five custom 52 inch black blades are also included, weight-matched for perfect balance. The TCS Remote Control comes with the fan as well, and the coordinating wall control is available separately.

This fan is recommended for bedroom use. Does that mean not useful for living room?
A. Thanks for the question. The 'suggested room fit' for the Craftmade 5th Avenue is in fact only a suggestion. This would be the same for any light or fixture with this spec. While the suggestion in this case is bedroom, properly mounted the fan could accommodate most any room of a household.

When the details on the Craftmade 5th ave discuss blade size (52"), is this referencing the diameter of the fan or the length of each individual blade?

Would the Craftmade 5th Avenue be too small for a great room (about 30' x 28') with a vaulted ceiling?

Great Fan!
Really like the fan. Easy to install, looks great in our Master Bedroom. We had been searching all over--Lowes, Home Depot, lighting stores and nothing compared.

Fantastic Ceiling Fan
The fan looks great in my kitchen along with my recessed lights. It's so classy looking and has a dimmer to enhance the setting in my kitchen. It matches my stainless steel and black appliances perfectly. I searched a long time for this item and I'm very pleased with the product.

Craftmade warrants against defects in materials or workmanship for a minimum of TWO (2) YEARS from date of purchase for use, and agrees to repair or, at our option, replace a defective unit without charge.
IMPORTANT: This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care (as listed on the instructions), the affixing of any attachment not provided with the product, alteration of any attachments factory installed, loss of parts or subjecting the fixture to any but the specified electrical service.
This warranty does not cover failure of bulbs due to accidents, abuse, misuse, vandalism, power surges, and acts of nature such as lightning damage or any bulbs purchased separately and installed by the consumer or any damage to the fixture caused by a separately purchased bulb.
No responsibility is assumed for any special incidental or consequential damages. Damages occurring during transit are not covered by this warranty.
To obtain warranty service, mail sales receipt as proof of purchase-date, and a brief explanation of the nature of the defect, to P.O. Box 1037, Coppell, TX 75019. You will receive, by mail, a Return Goods Authorization number issued by Craftmade, and returned freight prepaid.
