A. The Church 68500 will work on an elongated American Standard Toilet. However they do recommend using the American Standard 5324.019 Elongated Toilet Seat with Closed Front, Cover, and "Rise and Shine" Cleaning Feature from the Rise and Shine Collection. Hope this helps and have a great day!

great seat. delivery took a long time since it was out of stock. but the store has the best price. easy to install.

finally
After returning and incorrect order they finally shipped me the correct one. However, when it arrived it was missing parts. Not wanting to deal with the whole return process again I took what I needed off of my old seat. Not much quality control at the Church facility...
