Good, but
I recently ordered two of these 44" ceiling light/fans and I had to pay to ship back one of them because my electrician who was installing them said the motor was defective. I have since returned it vis UPS and am buying a replacement from a local supplier. The fan thatr doews work is quiet and moves te air well

Casa Blanca Low Profile Fans
We ordered 2 of these. They were both defective. The drilled holes in the motor housing, to attach the blades, did not accept the screws that came with the fans. Not wishing to return them we managed to "jerry-rig" one of them with alternative screws and nuts. One we had to return as our electrician had already stripped the holes attempting to use the included screws. Lighting direct was fantastic to deal with. They ordered a replacement before they even received the defective fan back. It arrived and was not defective. We would absolutely use lighting direct again, and all the other related websites.
By the way, both fans are now up, look lovely and work as they should.

beautiful, powerful fans
These (WHITE) fans are perfect for the rooms in which they are placed. Classy and cool to look at, but blend into the ceiling, so they are subtle. Very powerful, doubt we would every use the highest speed and we love the remote on/off for both light and fan which can be mounted on the wall in place of a switch plate and disengaged to have by a bedside. Very happy with the purchase, a bit of an effort to put together, tho the 2nd was easier than the first, once we got the hang of it.

Great Fan
I purchased this fan to replace one that was noisy and not very efficient. This one is amazingly quiet and the air flow can't be beat. The only drawback is that it is a little dim in the lighting but I still highly recommend it. The remote is wonderful with a built in light dimmer and even reverses the blades airflow direction. Lastly the low profile and modern look fit right in. You will like this fan. Shipped earlier than expected.

Love it!
We love this fan. We installed it ourselves. It's beautiful and really puts off a nice breeze. We love the contemporary look. We were pleasantly suprised by the light dimmer. We shopped around for this model and Lighting Direct by far had the best deal.

what a difference a fan makes !
iThis fan is great, it is very quiet which was most important to me, since I am using it in my bedroom. It also looks better than a typical ceiling fan. I love it !

awesome
Thiis fan was used in a third fkoor bedroom that has 7.4 inch ceilings. The fan fits snug to the ceiling, is quiet and creaste a wonderul breeze. I highly recommend the product. Lighting Direct also replaced a cracked bulb within a week. Customer service was excellent.

super quiet
This is a super great fan. It is very quiet when it runs and is very sleak. It is everything you could want in a fan and the remote is great. I would absoutely recommend it. I did alot of homework before purchasing and it does get confusing with all of the data out there.
We mounted it without a pole, which I prefer because you get no shake when it runs.
Buy this one.

Please note that high ceiling installations no longer are excluded from warranty. Casablanca’s goal is guaranteed satisfaction in our long-term relationships with both consumers and dealers!
120-Day In-Home Warranty Where available, Casablanca provides FREE In-Home Service for a period of 120 days from the date of purchase or installation of all Casablanca brand fans, including Performance and Cosmopolitan Collection models! Rather than returning the product to the dealer, consumers who need assistance with the installation or operation of their fans are encouraged to call Casablanca’s toll-free Consumer Affairs hotline at 1-888-227-2178. Within the first 120 days: Casablanca will send a field representative to repair or replace the part(s) deemed to be defective from the factory. Most Service Center contracts cover up to a 30-mile radius from their place of business. (Casablanca will not cover repairs caused by improper installation.) After 120 days, the consumer will be charged for the service call and labor. Casablanca will pay for all defective parts through the duration of the parts warranty. NOTE: The consumer must provide a copy of the Proof of Purchase at the time of service. Service Centers are required to submit a Proof of Purchase with each warranty claim.
