Great Quality
Tried some other brands but they didn't work out at all. Quality of the Bemis 113EC is head and shoulders above the others!!

Quality at a Good Price
I purchased this model after owning the Bemis 114 for 6 1/2 years. I could no longer find the #114, so thought I would go with the #113. While I have only had this one a couple months, I am pleased. The comfort is there, it looks like the quality is high. I like the removable hinges. Time will tell if they continue to hold up. I was in a hotel that also used one of Bemis' toilet seats with removable hinges so that tells me with the amount of use the hotel receives, the hinges should hold. The only complaint I may have is that with both parts of the seat elevated, they will not remain in the upright position. So it can be a little exciting for little men and big men to use it! Ha!! But I would buy it again.

Next to perfect
This website was the only place I could find a softseat replacement for our elongated toilet seat. It is well made and is what I was looking for with one exception. The description said beige and beige it is. A bisque seat was needed but beige was as close as I could get.

No troubles with this order
It only took a few days for the product to reach my home. Shipping was great! The only trouble was that the product had a defect, so I called costumer service to let then know. They immediately credited my account and reissued the order. Again it only took a few days to reach my home. I would definitely do business with this company again.

much needed product
Having an elongated toilet is posing a problem, in that I love the cush of a padded toilet seat, and they are getting harder to find. FaucetDirect has this product,on line and have been wonderful with helping me to keep my bathroom exactly like I want it. The product is wonderful, the service was excellent. I would gladly recomment this product and this website to anyone!
