I loved the faucet but it was too big for my sink and i had to return it. This was through no fault of anyone in the company ...everyone was absolutely wonderful to work with, especially through the return process. I ordered and received another faucet that was perfect. It is installed and working well.

great bathroom faucet
this was the 2nd time i ordered from faucetdirect.com and i'm very happy with my purchase. the faucet looks beautiful and was very reasonably priced. it feels very well-made too. i haven't purchased any american standard products before but this turned out well. as usual, ordering was easy and shipping time was very quick - maybe 2 days. great products and great ordering experience. i plan to redo a bathroom in my house and plan to order all my fixtures from faucetdirect.

Matching Faucets
I bought this faucet because it matched the one we were putting in another bathroom. This is by far had the easiest installation compared to the other faucets I have installed. The cable that controls the pop up is a great innovation, It is much better than the old type with metal pieces that have to be bent, adjusted and hopefully long enough to make the pop up work correctly, This faucet has a at most a 10 minute installation time, and a very classic look.

Quality product
I purchased one of these faucets when I built my house in 01, and I purchased another when I finished my basement in 05. I'm planning on redoing a bath that had another brand faucet, and I'll probably order two more. I have had problems with faucets from another well known brand, and I think replace them, over time, with American Standard faucets. I have had no problems with this model.

American Standard Faucet Lifetime Function and Finish Limited Warranty American-Standard warrants this product to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home. American-Standard will provide, free of charge, at it’s sole option, replacement part(s) or product (or if no longer available, a comparable product) to replace those which have proven defective in materials or workmanship. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer purchaser must be made available to American-Standard for all limited warranty claims. This limited warranty is non transferable. It does not apply in the event of product damage due to the use of other than genuine American-Standard replacement parts, installation error, abuse, misuse, or improper care and maintenance (whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider or member of the purchaser’s household). The limited warranty excludes damage due to aggressive air or water conditions, or harsh or abrasive cleaners and/or materials.
