A. Are you talking about a hole plug? For example sinks can have one hole up to four holes for different faucet set ups? If this is what you are talking about, you should consult your plumber about this before you a choose a faucet.
Is there a hole cover plate that matches this shower faucet to cover the hole stopper?
Will this set fit the stubs for an Am. Std. installation 40 years old?
Are the valves included or do they have to be ordered separately? If do which valve should be ordered with this model?
Are there any shower fixtures with 11 1/4 inch center spread?
A. The American Standard 7225.713 is meant to be set to 8 inch center spread. There is no 3 handle systems currently with a 11 1/4 inch center spread. You could however install a two handle system with that spread by using individual valves for each handle.
Does the American Standard 7225.713 come with a matching finish drain plug for the tub drain?
Product description indicates a "non-diverter tub spout", but yet the picture shows a diverter on the spout...is this for show? Since you claim there the spout is non-diverter type, am I to understand that the center valve is a 3 port 2 outlet diverter? Further, if for show, does this particular product come with tub spout without the diverter?

American-Standard will provide, free of charge, at it’s sole option, replacement part(s) or product (or if no longer available, a comparable product) to replace those which have proven defective in materials or workmanship.
