Product Reviews

Rated 2 out of 5 by from NOT RECOMMENDED - LASTED ONLY FOUR YEARS The American Standard 4503.115 (Accessory): Soap Dispenser Deck Mounted is a nice unit but the pump started getting clogged up after about two years. We soaked it and tried to clean it, but after four years, it is totally nonfunctional. American standard does not make the plastic inner pump part available which would be a $20-30 replacement part. You have to buy entire head / pump apparatus which is $67. The entire fixture costs $55. Not only do you create lots of waste for the landfill, you have to replace your expensive soap dispensor every 2-4 years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from lasted 6 months doesn't work after 6 months. I bought this one because I thought the high price indicated a quality product...If you can't get parts like mentioned in the other review then this was a real bad choice.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far, so good but... I love the fact that the surface parts of this product are metal (not plastic) and weighty -- it feels substantial. It's very attractive and takes up minimal space. While a plumber installed it because he was here doing other work, I believe I could have easily installed it myself. My only concern is that when I pull out the top to refill the reservoir/bottle, the metal cap sometimes disengages from the plastic pipe/tube and some soap runs out onto countertop. I have not yet figured out if this is a "fix-able" problem or not. I must slowly and carefully remove the top for this not to happen.
