One-Piece Elongated Toilet

Poor inheritance
I inherited this toilet 2 yrs. ago from the person who sold us his apartment, after he renovated the bathroom. The re-do included the Savona toilet which is (1) too wide (unnecessarily so) for the smallish bathroom; (2) constantly clogs (the plunger is kept alongside, in the open) and (3) the water runs continuously in the toilet bowl, can;t stop the flow. I am currently researching for a substitute toilet with which to replace the Savona, even though the latter is relatively new.
