i am wanting a single handled scald proof shower faucet but I hear its hard to take a hot shower is this true
A. Having the scald proof option on a faucet does not hinder the ability to take a hot shower. This feature simply prevents the water from reaching a temperature capable of burning you. These units have a limit stop installed on them that prevents the water from reaching a temperature over 100 degrees.
Do I need a rough-in valve or does it come with one?

does the temperature control always come on at the same temp or does it need to be adjusted each time?
