  • How far apart are the screws placed? I am replacing an existing rod and hoping to use the anchors already in the tile which are 1 1/2 inches apart, vertically placed.

    A. The Allied Brass 1098 screws are placed 1 1/4" apart, so it probably would not be able to reach all the way. However, you do have the option of drilling another hole, and the rod would be able to cover the previous hole.
